ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m the Emily in EmilyG Fitness & Wellbeing.
As a busy mum of 2 I know how tough it can be to get back to exercise and fitness. Finding the time is always an issue and gyms can be very intimidating. To help, I specialise working with women and provide a mobile Pregnancy & Postnatal personal training service.
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with specialisms in Pregnant and Postnatal women (as well exercise for medical referrals and older people).
I have an interested in all-round health and so as a sideline to my primary focus I provide a mobile sports massage service too.
I believe you don’t need a gym membership to be fit, strong and healthy – if I can show you how please contact me – I would love to hear from you!
