Whatever your reason, with EmilyG the gym comes to you and with pregnancy and postnatal personal training packages you receive personalised plans, continual support and nutrition advice, all within the comfort of your own home.
With postnatal training you are also able to work out at home with baby around so no need to find childcare, unless you want to! All this with the added knowledge that the exercises prescribed are the best and safest possible for your stage of pregnancy.
